isPlannable Filter for Operation Blocks
According to the filter “isPlannable”, an operation is plannable if the operation phase is RELEASED or DISPATCHED. What about operation blocks? Will the entire block be planned? Or only the first/leading operation?

Operation blocks are usually used in joint production.
From the point of view of an external application, such as a planning algorithm, the operations that produce the co-product cannot be planned. When the planning result is written back to the IoT platform, the IoT platform itself adds the planning result for the operations that produce the co-product. These are automatically dispatched to the same workplace and scheduled at the same time as the operation that produces the primary product.
