Qualitiy KPI ayalysis API

Hi There

After get production data collection, I get quantity for Yield,Reworks,Scrap for each operation;

I want to perform quality KPI analysis, like to calculate on FPY, 2nd FPY,SPC,

How to call API so that to get the KPI results and trending of Quality level?
