Skill Level

The property “skillLevel” is about the skill of an employee expressed as a number between 0 and 1, i.e. 0% and 100%. Why is the range between 0 and 1 and not expressed as a percentage right away? Wouldn’t it be more obvious and user friendly to express it in percentage instead of using decimals?

    Whether a variable with a value range between 0 and 1 is represented as such or as a percentage value or as a per mil value is a question of representation, which application developers must decide for their respective application. FORCE Bridge API does not provide any specifications regarding the representation of a numerical value, neither for the skill levels nor for key figures, such as the availability, performance and quality rate of a workplace, which also have a value range between 0 and 1.
